Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of OfferWatch (“the Service”), operated by offerwatch.co. By using the Service, creating an account, or subscribing to SMS alerts, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

OfferWatch is a monitoring tool that checks whether links delivered by text message render correctly. The Service ingests inbound SMS messages, extracts URLs, loads those URLs using automated browser checks, and reports results via a dashboard and optional email or SMS notifications.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

By submitting your phone number through the SMS alerts opt-in form, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from OfferWatch about monitoring results and service updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us directly. We will maintain a record of your consent, including the date, time, and exact wording agreed to.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send or monitor messages that violate any law or regulation, including anti-spam laws.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or data.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the Service without authorization.

You are solely responsible for the text messages, links, and phone numbers you choose to monitor. You represent that you have the right to receive and analyze those messages and that doing so does not violate any agreement, privacy right, or applicable law.

All software, designs, text, graphics, and other content provided by OfferWatch are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY LINK CHECK WILL DETECT EVERY POSSIBLE FAILURE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OFFERWATCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OfferWatch and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
