OfferWatch (“we”, “us”) operates offerwatch.co, a monitoring service that verifies that offer links delivered by text message load correctly each morning. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

• Contact information you submit: phone number, optional name, and the date, time, and exact wording of the consent you agreed to when opting in to SMS alerts.
• Message data: the content, sender, recipient, and timestamps of text messages sent to the phone numbers we monitor, plus any links contained in them.
• Monitoring results: URLs checked, HTTP and TLS status, page load timings, screenshots of checked pages, and detected errors.
• Email addresses you configure to receive the daily summary report.

• To send the SMS alert notifications you requested.
• To run daily link checks and produce pass/fail reports.
• To email daily summaries and failure alerts to the addresses you configure.
• To maintain records of SMS consent as required by law and carrier rules.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent records are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.

If you opt in to SMS alerts, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages about monitoring results and service notifications at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. You may also request removal by emailing us at the address below.

We use third-party providers to operate the service, including a telecom provider for sending and receiving SMS, a cloud database and hosting provider, a browser-automation provider for rendering checked pages, and an email delivery provider. These providers process data only on our behalf.

We retain message, link-check, and consent records for as long as needed to operate the service and satisfy legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them. Data is stored with access controls and encrypted in transit.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw SMS consent at any time. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period.

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
